Online Driving School Application 

Admission to the driving school is based on the official Application for Admission to Driving Tuition and Training, as prescribed by Act No. 247/2000 Coll. Please fill in the required information. We will prepare the official application form for you in advance, so you will not have to complete it by hand. Submitting the online application is for preliminary registration and preparation of the official application only.
